Wine description

Spumante Rosé Extra Dry
A rosé sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and Merlot, delicately pressed with 20 minutes of cryomaceration. Its pale onion-skin color is accompanied by aromas of wild strawberries and delicate flowers. The perlage is ultra-fine, the result of a long secondary fermentation. On the palate, it is generous, fresh, and gastronomic. Perfect with raw seafood, intense blue cheeses, or light desserts.
