Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP “Affinato” is the oldest Poggio ai Laghi DOP vinegar. Taste it on its own before combining it with dishes and preparations. An excellent companion for dishes with a savory soul, it also marries similar flavors tending towards sweetness.
