Spumante Ros\u00e9 Extra Dry
A ros\u00e9 sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and Merlot, delicately pressed with 20 minutes of cryomaceration. Its pale onion-skin color is accompanied by aromas of wild strawberries and delicate flowers. The perlage is ultra-fine, the result of a long secondary fermentation.
