Carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, gently pressed, give life to a sparkling wine with juicy aromas of green apple and white flowers. With a residual sugar content between 12 and 17 grams per liter, it is smooth and versatile: perfect on its own for aperitivo, or to brighten up spicy dishes. The persistent, caressing perlage makes Arella a sparkling wine of great elegance and enjoyment.
